QMON (q00) Pga Memory Growing Very Large After Applied DBRU 19.12 Leading To ORA-04036 And ORA-25226 Errors. (Doc ID 2813205.1)

Symptoms

You may encounter an increase in memory (PGA) of QMON worker processes (q00) after the database is patched with 19.12DBRU.

It may lead other processes to fail with ORA-04036 as well:

ORA-04036: PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT

 

And eventually you can find ORA-25226 error to the SRVNTFN queue:
