Symptoms

After upgrading from 19.3.0.0.0 to 19.11.0.0.0, utlrp.sql fails in SQL*Plus as follows:

  SQL> @utlrp.sql

  Session altered.

The associated error in the alert log is:

  ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qsmqbtss_build_table_subordsets()+1068] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x30] [PC:0xC50DE8C] [Address not mapped to object] []
