Symptoms

When attempting to connect to the database through SQL*PLUS with a given user <USER>, errors ORA-00604, ORA-20502 and ORA-06512 are obtained:

However, the main error ORA-20502 is not documented, there is no information in regard of it and hence, it is not clear what is causing it. What is going on here? How can we determine the reason for this behavior to exist?
