Symptoms
Unable to register an Oracle 19c SAP database with OUD using the following command (password values obscured, ${DatabaseName} set to the SID of the target database):

In this case, the Oracle software is installed in /oracle/CCC/19.0.0. However, to run the database instance, the ORACLE_HOME is set to /oracle/CCC/19 which is a link to /oracle/CCC/19.0.0. So the instance runs with ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/CCC/19.
