MySQL Shell - setPrimaryInstance() Wrongly Claims Primary Change (Doc ID 2819196.1)

Goal

Trying to setPrimary to a higher version secondary node, which as per design does not succeed as long as there are lower version nodes in the cluster, reports "was successfully elected as primary", whereas previous messages say all instances remains as they were.
