Wrong permission under $ORACLE_HOME/log directory after initial setup by Onecommand (Doc ID 2820001.1)

5-node RAC (test91 - test95)

After the initial setup by Onecommand (OEDA v200318),
there are several differences (Issue #1, #2, #3) between the 1st node and other nodes.

Issue #1. Except node1: Unnecessary directory (test91) exists on the 2nd and subsequent nodes (*1)

Issue #2. Except node1: $ORACLE_HOME/log directory permission is wrongly root:root (*2)

node1 --> oracle:oinstall (correct)
other nodes --> root:root (wrong)

Issue #3. Only node1: /u01/app/grid/diag/clients/user_root directory permission is wrongly root:root

node1 --> root:root (wrong)
other nodes --> grid:oinstall (correct)

Initial setup by Onecommand (OEDA v200318) was done.
