Symptoms

After copying PDB using dbca

dbca -silent \
  -createPluggableDatabase \
    -pdbName PDB<source> \
    -sourceDB CDBxx \
  -createFromRemotePDB \
    -remotePDBName PDB<remote> \
    -remoteDBConnString <hostname>:<port>/<PDBremote> \
    -remoteDBSYSDBAUserName sys \
    -remoteDBSYSDBAUserPassword <password> \
    -dbLinkUsername c##remote_clone_user \
    -dbLinkUserPassword remote_clone_user
    
Found below violation in database
 
select * from pdb_plug_in_violations where status <> 'RESOLVED';

PENDING
Please check the parameter in the current CDB
