ODA WebConsole: Kept Getting "Failed to change the default user (oda-admin) account password" (Doc ID 2821760.1)

When accessing ODA WebConsole https://<hostname>:7093/mgmt/index.html , it kept asking to change password, but never succeeded.

Getting below error:
