Error ORA-01017 when attempting database connection through a secure external password store (Doc ID 2822087.1)

When attempting to connect to the database as a secure external password store configured user, error ORA-01017 is obtained:

Files were previously manipulated in the WALLET_LOCATION defined directory (which, in this specific case, happened to be the same than TNS_ADMIN)
