opatch version works fine

opatch lspatches and opatch lsinventory throwing below error

OPatch failed with error code 255

1. export OPATCH_DEBUG=true and run the opatch lsinventory or opatch lspatches to verify whether any jar file missing

From below , we can see that no jar is missing . Jar files looks good
