Symptoms
Database links not working anymore after applying JUL 2021 patch on client.
1) The following errors can be seen when querying a dblink :
ORA-12269: client uses weak encryption/crypto-checksumming version
ORA-02063: preceding line from TEST1
2) We may also see following error
SQL> insert into tab1@mts_dblink values(100);
insert into tab1@mts_dblink values(100)
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
