Symptoms
When applying a 19c Oracle Database Client patch onto a 32-bit AIX Oracle Database Client installation, you may encounter an application failure whenever the relink of libasmclntsh19.so fails due to a missing imp file.
Changes
This is not applicable for non-AIX or other bundles.
