One or more NodeManagers in the BDA cluster are offline with the Cloudera Manager (CM) Health Status reporting:

ResourceManager Connectivity
This NodeManager is not connected to its ResourceManager

Due to this state, the "Available Memory" on the cluster is reduced from the actual amount of "Allocated Memory".
