Symptoms

Oracle GoldenGate Service Console Not Available

upgraded the Oracle GoldenGate Cloud Service deployment from oggcore_21.3.0.0.0_platforms_210728.1047.33403607:43 to oggcore_21.4.0.0.0oggru_platforms_211012.2258:48 but the GoldenGate Cloud Service Deployment console is not coming up with a login page.

Changes

 upgraded the Oracle GoldenGate OCI  deployment
