Symptoms
Flashback Query fails with ORA-01555 for "Query Duration=0" after upgrade to Oracle Database 19c. The same flashback query worked on previous Oracle Database releases.
-Disabling AUTOEXTEND for undo datafiles has no effect.
-Setting UNDO_RETENTION to 0 has no effect.
-Enabling RETENTION GUARANTEE with a high UNDO_RETENTION has no effect.
-Analyzing the tables used by flashback query does not show any index or lob corrpution. Rebuilding indexes does not fix the issue.
