Symptoms

On : 19.10.0.0.0 version, Exa-Internals Errors (ORA-600 & ORA-7445)

LMHB process repeatedly crashes with ORA-7445 [kjgcr_RunAction()+779] [SIGSEGV]


Restarting dead background process LMHB
Starting background process LMHB
Exception [type: SIGSEGV, address not mapped to object] {ADDR:0x7F25A90845A0] [PC:0x1A5FFBB, kjgcr_RunAction()+779] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/fdw/FDW2/trace/FDW2_lmhb_3398.trc (incident=197969):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kjgcr_RunAction()+779] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F25A90845A0] [PC:0x1A5FFBB] [Address not mapped to object] []

 

Changes

 The one-off patch  32753472  was applied on Oct 14 in ONLINE fashion and then all instances of both db nodes have been rebounded on Nov. 23rd
