Symptoms

DBCA may fail with below error while creating the database .

ORA-15025: could not open disk "<disk name>"

ORA-27041: unable to open file

Linux-x86_64 Error: 13: Permission denied

Additional information: 9

ORA-15040: diskgroup is incomplete

AND

The ownership of the oracle binary is getting changed by DBCA
