Tfactl Status is Not Showing In Good Status (Doc ID 2829978.1)

Goal

the tfactl status doesn't seems to be in a good state on the mentioned server. attempted the re-installation of the same as well but received the below mentioned error:

Meanwhile the TFA is running fine on node 2:
