Fatal NI Connect Error 12537 With TNS-00507: Connection Closed (Doc ID 2835925.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently disconnections to production DB from Client, on logs are reported:

Fatal NI connect error 12537
nt main err code: 507

This behaviour started after Exadata patch rom 19.2.16.0.0.200713.1 -> 20.1.14.0.0.210909

client is 10.6.8.149

Changes

 

Affected clients is using on tnsnames.ora parameter connect_timeout in the tns entries
