ORA-44303 & ORA-44775 errors when trying to open a cloned PDB (Doc ID 2851365.1)

Unable to open a PDB after DB cloning, ORA-44303 & ORA-44775 errors are reported.

The service name exists in cdb_service$ but not in service$.

dbms_service.delete_service results in service does not exist

The pluggable database can be opened only if it is renamed.
