Symptoms

When trying to upgrade from ogg v19.1.0.0.4 to 21.3.0.0.0.
The checkpoint files for the extract is corrupted and show

GGSCI() 1> info all

retrieving timestamp in <OGG_HOME>/dirchk/<Extname>.cpe.).

Failed to get next timestamp value for EXTRACT <Extname> (Invalid type (19)

Tried to revert back to 19.1.0.0.4 and that also gives the same error

When Tried to start the extract, it failed with
