Login to EUS page on OEM fails if UID is used (Doc ID 2855057.1)

Symptoms


1.Customer is trying to connect to EUS on EM
On EM console, navigate to Target Database <DB NAME> ->Security->Enterprise
User Security.

2.It prompts to enter OID credentials.
Values below are provided and it fails to connect with error 'Unable to
Connect to Oracle Internet Directory'

Host:hostname
Port : 1389
Realm : dc=domain,dc=com
user=uid-username

3.uid-username is the uid value of user dn
"cn=cnusername,ou=users,ou=ou1,ou=ou2,dc=domain,dc=domain,dc=com"

4.If the complete User dn above is provided, connection works But fails if
only uid provided.
