AVDF: Archive Location not providing option to use SCP (Doc ID 2859158.1)

Symptoms

Customer is trying to create a new archive location from AVDF console.
When trying to create archive location, it is not providing option to select transfer method as SCP or NFS or SMB.It is getting created as NFS by default .
