MEM Agent Failed To Connect With Error "Connect Access denied for user [username]" After Restart (Doc ID 2859703.1)

Symptoms

After the database or MEM agent restart, the instance shows unavailable on the MEM dashboard. When checking the agent logs, it shows an access denied error for the monitoring user.

 

Changes

 Upgrade the database to 8.0, and restart the database or agent
