ORA-02260 For AQ Objects While Upgrade Database To 19C (Doc ID 2860137.1)

Symptoms

On  database upgrade log's we will see below errors
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-02260: table can have only one primary key
ORA-24002: QUEUE_TABLE SYS.SCHEDULER$_EVENT_QTAB does not exist
ORA-24002: QUEUE_TABLE SYS.SCHEDULER$_REMDB_JOBQTAB does not exist
ORA-24002: QUEUE_TABLE SYS.SCHEDULER_FILEWATCHER_QT does not exist
ORA-24010: QUEUE GSMADMIN_INTERNAL.CHANGE_LOG_QUEUE does not exist
ORA-24010: QUEUE SYS.SCHEDULER$_EVENT_QUEUE does not exist
ORA-24010: QUEUE SYS.SCHEDULER$_REMDB_JOBQ does not exist
ORA-24010: QUEUE SYS.SCHEDULER_FILEWATCHER_Q does not exist


On alerlog we will see below information

ORA-1403 encountered when generating server alert SMG-3508
ORA-1403 encountered when generating server alert SMG-4120
ORA-1403 encountered when generating server alert SMG-4121

Changes

 Missed queue table and queue's details  on SYSTEM.AQ$_QUEUE_TABLES and SYSTEM.AQ$_QUEUES
