
ORA600[KCFRBD_3] While Opening PDB in Upgrade mode while Upgrading from 12.10.2 to 12.2

Symptoms
- Database is been Upgraded from 12.1.0.2 pdb to 12.2
One or More pdbs were plugged in on 12.1.0.2 or db was upgraded to 11gr2 to 12c non cdb and then converted to cdb in 12.1.0.2
CDB$ROOT upgrade is successful
- Opening pdb in upgrade mode fails with (alter pluggable database pdb$seed open upgrade)
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcfrbd_3], [5], [41712], [1]
Call stack :- kcfrbd1 kcbzib kcbgtcr kqlbebs
- Other errors that might get reported along with the ora-00600
ORA-00704: bootstrap process failure /ORA-08103: object no longer exists
