'CLSRSC-17: Invalid GPnP setup' Occurs During Addnode Procedure

Symptoms
Two nodes cluster with node names node1 and node2.
Central inventory is at /u01/app/oraInventory.
There are two Grid Infrastructure homes:
Home 1: /u01/app/12.1.0/grid <--- configured during initial cluster installation
Home 2: /u01/app/12c/grid <--- a cloned home that experienced Out-Of-Place Patching after execution of clone.pl .
Home 2 on node2 failed to start and corrupted so was deinstalled and wait for adding back to the cluster.
User run the following on 'node1':
