Symptoms
Post application of 19.13 DBRU, Pro*Cobol application fails at runtime with the following error on AIX Platform.
Changes
<Patch 33192793> - Database Release Update : 19.13.0.0.211019 is applied to a database with 19.9 DBRU level.
If the patch is rolled back, the application starts working fine again.
