Symptoms
When attempting to create a pluggable database from a remote non-cdb RAC database instance, ORA-17627: invalid username/password and ORA-17629: Cannot connect to the remote database server is returned. In the alert log for the current CDB database, these errors are repeated for each datafile in the remote database. The dblink used in the command works fine when manually used to query remote data objects.
