Symptoms

On : 8.0 version, Connector/J and JDBC

While trying to migrate data to another database we are facing exception and data is not migrated completly

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: HOUR_OF_DAY: 2 -> 3



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have two instances with different timezones e.g. New York and UTC - one must have daylight savings time option.
2. Populate columns with data on the UTC instance, including temporal values in the daylight savings adjustment period e.g. 2-3am
3. Attempt to migrate data from UTC instance to the daylight savings timezone instance.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot automatically transfer all the data without manually adjusting the time settings.
