Data Guard Do Not Real-time Apply To Standby even though SRL are configured (Doc ID 2864452.1)

Symptoms

 Dataguard showing Transport lag/Apply Lag  due to SRL (standby redo logs) not getting used even though they are Configured.

 Since SRL is not used Archivelogs are been sent across to Standby.

 Alert log of Standby shows
