Oracle restart/RAC with multipath errored out "CLSRSC-180" (Doc ID 2865373.1)

Fresh installation root.sh fails with below error,

Before install, labeled using below command.

asmcmd afd_label DATA1 /dev/mapper/mpathb --init

While running root.sh, it removed the multipath link mpathb.

Same with AFD labeling,

"asmcmd afd_label ABC /dev/mapper/mpathd" will create udev event and device symblinks to disappear.

Starting with Oracle Grid Infrastructure 19.11 on Red Hat Release 8.4 and SLES15/sp3 and later Soft-filtering is automatically enabled by the driver.
