Goal

Installing OGG 19.x on IBM i and noticed the below prerequisites.

In the section 5.1.2 Setting Journal Parameters, it is mentioned that the Fixed Length Data (FIXLENDTA) should be *USR *SYSSEQ
Is it mandatory to have *SYSSEQ?
