Goal

GoldenGate Out-Of-Place upgrade from 12.3.x to 19.x

We have OGG v12.3.x in source and target.
Need to upgrade to OGG 19.x in both environments.
Do not want to have application downtime.
Want to have the OGG v19.x in a different home than the location where we have the OGG 12.3.x currently


How to avoid any data loss and do the OGG upgrade.
