End of Redo logs generated at the time of Switchover not getting Archived at Primary (Doc ID 2866700.1)

Switchover is done using Third party Tool 

Primary gets converted to Standby but the Online Redo Logs which have the End of Redo Logs are Not getting archived causing both the DB to become Standby
