Symptoms

As per the Oracle 19c documentation, Oracle XStream supports BFILE type. We have done a test below, and XStream Java API does not capture column data for BFILE type.

Imp:- Please note that we are observing the issue with Oracle XStream CAPTURE only. We are not using APPLY.
