Streams Apply Process Logs A Lot Of Warnings In The Alert Log After Upgraded to 10.1.0.3 (Doc ID 286818.1)

Symptoms

After applied patch set 10.1.0.3.0 in an environment using Streams Apply process you see the alert log
growing up with lot of Warning from Streams apply like:

Also one trace will be generated by apply process at the background_dump_dest:
