ZDLRA:State of Backups is "Bad" in System Activity Report (SAR)

Symptoms
System Activity Report (SAR) is showing that the State of the BACKUPS is Bad :
### State of backups.
### A quick check to indicate if your backups and thus your ZDLRA are good or worth taking a deeper look at. Things are "bad" if
### a database does not have current backups, or if index_backup tasks have fallen behind.
### Note: A database is ignored if:
### * it was created less than three days ago
### * it has an unprotected_window_threshold > 99 days
### * it has store_and_forward = yes
