Symptoms

When trying to select data from PostgreSQL tables using Oracle gateway with ODBC, the following error is seen:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kpnfch-1], [1406], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated
ORA-02063: preceding line from RT_NGP
