Symptoms
Oracle Exadata X7 Storage Servers and X7-8 Database Servers are equipped with hot-plug PCIe cards. Each card has 2 flash disks (FDOMs).
Both flash disks on the same card have "failed" status.
To identify a failed flash disk, use the following command:
CellCLI> LIST PHYSICALDISK WHERE DISKTYPE=flashdisk AND STATUS= failed DETAIL
The output would be like:
