Cannot generate RMAN diagnostic using tfactl

Problem Description

Customer have installed the latest version of TFA and is trying to generate rman diagnistic using tfactl but fails with the following errors;
myhost1(oracle)mydatabase:/u01/oracle/oracle.ahf/bin:0>./tfactl diagcollect -srdc dbrman
Enter the Database Name [Required for this SRDC] :
Enter the Database Name [Required for this SRDC] : mydatabase
Use of uninitialized value in subroutine entry at /u01/oracle/oracle.ahf/tfa/bin/common/dbutil.pm line 852.
Use of uninitialized value in subroutine entry at /u01/oracle/oracle.ahf/tfa/bin/common/dbutil.pm line 853.
TFA DB config file not found! Please manually run discovery:
tfactl rediscover -mode full
Once complete, re-attempt the operation.
