19c With 절 또는 unpivot 문제
With 절을 사용하여 remote DB에 있는 table을 읽은 후 unpivot 한 집합을 로컬 table과 join 할 경우 결과가 나타나지 않음
with 절에 Materialize 힌트를 명시 할 경우 결과 반환 함
