Data Redaction Not Affecting SYS (Doc ID 2874073.1)

Goal

Trying to create a Data Redaction policy that would affect the SYS user.

As users SYS and SYSTEM automatically have the EXEMPT REDACTION POLICY system privilege, when a policy is created, these users are not affected by the policy.

Can we revoke the EXEMPT DATA REDACTION system privilege from SYS?  If this is not possible, is there another way to mask data from the SYS access?
