In multi-region tables, some of the records from one region may not be copied to the other region(s). (Doc ID 2874289.1)

Last updated on APRIL 17, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle NoSQL Database - Version 12.1.2.1.19 to 18.1.11.0.0 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In multi-region tables, some of the records from one region may not be copied to the other region(s). One of the ways this can happen is when there is a large back log of records that have not been sent from region A to region B, which is forcing the system to “catch up.”

Changes

Problem occurs in versions older than 21.1 i.e. 20.x and 19.x. The problem was discovered during internal testing and was originally fixed in the 21.1.x release.
