Insert Select Of Blob Data Via Dblink Fails With "ORA-65011 Pluggable Database Does Not Exist" (Doc ID 2874730.1)

Symptoms

When trying to insert blob data by selecting from remote database via a dblink into a table with a blob column having check constraint "blob_column is not null AND length(blob_column)>0", error "ORA-65011: Pluggable database does not exist" error is observed.


Note:- Issue is observed if the DB link is pointed to remote PDB, if the PDB exists within the same container then, there are no issues.
