Symptoms
On BDA Clusters with OL6, configuring an OS disk with the bdadiskutility, may raise an error like: "ERROR: Wrong swap partition on /dev/disk/by-hba-slot/s0p4 : SWAP".
For example if the disk in slot 0 was replaced and is being configured, bdachecksw can raise an error like below on an X7-2 server:
ERROR: Wrong swap partition on /dev/disk/by-hba-slot/s0p4 : SWAP
