RMAN Active Duplicate using Physical Standby Hangs During Recovery (Doc ID 2877594.1)

Symptoms

RMAN active duplicate connected to a standby ADG database as target hangs during the recovery phase.

The duplicate log shows that it is restoring an archived log but that log is not the one needed to start the recovery.

In the following example, the recovery should start from archivelog sequence 47191 thread 2.  However, the first log RMAN copies is  sequence 47192 thread 2, the next sequence.
