Database startup fails with ORA-27139 for SGA greater than 1 TB (Doc ID 2877935.1)

Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 19.11.0.0.0 and later
Linux on IBM Z

When sga_target is less than 1 TB, database starts up fine.

When sga_target set more than 1 TB, database startup fails.

Sufficient free memory is available at OS.

Following errors can be observed in alert log and trace file.

Database upgraded to 19c and sga_target set more than 1 TB
