Symptoms
Logminer checkpoint and purge are happening, but MIN_REQUIRED_CAPTURE_CHANGE# value from V$DATABASE is always NULL and note getting updated.
This behavior may hit environments upgraded to DB 19c while using GoldenGate Integrated Extract (IE).
The GG IE is running fine, first scn is advancing, but the (g)V$DATABASE.MIN_REQUIRED_CAPTURE_CHANGE# is always null.
SQL> SELECT MIN (MIN_REQUIRED_CAPTURE_CHANGE#) FROM GV$DATABASE;
MIN(MIN_REQUIRED_CAPTURE_CHANGE#)
