Symptoms

Extract on postgres stop fetching records from source database
Whenever extract is started again it start fetching data though.

Extract keeps running but stops writing to trail. Even the checkpoint keeps moving as seen from SEND STATUS
Then when extract is restarted it starts capturing from re-start time and seems to be losing data since it gets stalled.
